Uploading Receipts

A quick and convenient method for adding receipt images to your Certify Wallet is to upload receipt image files from your computer. Uploads can be up to 10 MB in size. This article shows you how to upload receipts to your Certify Wallet.

Step 1: On your account homepage, click Upload.

Step 2: On the Add Receipts and Expenses page, select Choose Files.

Step 3: Select your receipt. You can add multiple files at once by pressing the CTRL key and selecting each file. Click Open when you have selected all the receipt images you want to upload.

Step 4: On the Upload Receipts to your Certify Wallet page, click Upload Files.

Step 5: The receipts will now be available in your Certify Wallet.

    Hello Karen! You can delete a receipt by opening up your Certify Wallet, selecting the receipt you wish to delete by click on the View Receipt icon, and then clicking on the red X in the upper right hand corner of the receipt image.     I have all these receipts in my wallet and filled out appropriate info and I do not know how to get them onto my expense report

    Hello Michael,
    The amount of the receipt can be edited once it is added to an expense report or by using our Certify Mobile app.
    To edit using Certify Mobile, select Receipts in Certify, and tap on a receipt. You can then edit the details and Save to update any changes.
