Uploading Receipts

A quick and convenient method for adding receipt images to your Certify Wallet is to upload receipt image files from your computer. Uploads can be up to 10 MB in size. This article shows you how to upload receipts to your Certify Wallet.

Step 1: On your account homepage, click Upload.

Step 2: On the Add Receipts and Expenses page, select Choose Files.

Step 3: Select your receipt. You can add multiple files at once by pressing the CTRL key and selecting each file. Click Open when you have selected all the receipt images you want to upload.

Step 5: On the Upload Receipts to your Certify Wallet page, click Upload Files.

Step 6: The receipts will now be available in your Certify Wallet.

    Hello Karen! You can delete a receipt by opening up your Certify Wallet, selecting the receipt you wish to delete by click on the View Receipt icon, and then clicking on the red X in the upper right hand corner of the receipt image.     I have all these receipts in my wallet and filled out appropriate info and I do not know how to get them onto my expense report

    I emailed a zero balance folio to data@certify.com but do not see it showing up. Also have tried to run the auto expense wizard to incorporate my taxi expense to the hotel and have not been successful in having it show up. Then, if all the above ever works, how do I actually submit the expense report??? This is driving me crazy! Caroline

    I've been uploading receipts by emailing the photo image to data@certify.com For some reason though I get a duplicate every time. That is, two identical receipts show up in my wallet. Its annoying to have to open every other one and delete it. Help please?

    Hi, since the system was updated the receipts are not uploading the same way. It is supposed to be a quick and easy way however it takes approx 24 hours for my uploads to show up in my wallet. This is not really helpful when I want to get my expenses submitted quickly. Is there another way around this? Thanks

    How do you edit the Category/Details after uploading a receipt? Not seeing an edit option, and it always defaults to Parking and Tolls.

    I am having same issue as above person. Your new system takes my uploaded files and names my receipts from random words on the page, puts them in the wrong category and attributes incorrect dollar amounts. - is there any way to correct this?
