If have you forgotten your password, Certify provides a way to reset your password and regain access to your account. This article shows you how to use the Forgot your password? feature. 

Step 1: On the Certify Login page, select Forgot your password? underneath the area where you would enter your Certify login credentials..

Step 2: On the next page, enter your Email Address in the field provided.

Step 3: You may be asked to answer one of your Security Questions. Enter the answer in the field provided and click Next. If you do not know the answer to your security question, check to make sure you are using the correct email address for your Certify account. If you are using the correct email address and are still unable to answer your security question, contact Certify Support for help.

Step 4: On the next page, you have the option to choose where your security code will be sent. Select one of the options provided and click Next.

Step 5: On the Lost Password Wizard page, enter the security code you received via email or text message into the field provided.

Please Note: If you exit the Lost Password Wizard at any time before your password has been reset, you will be required to start over at Step 1.

Step 6: On the next page, enter a new password for your Certify account in the field provided. Confirm your new password by re-entering it into the Confirm Password field provided and click Next to save your changes.

    Jeff Beiswinger forgot his password. He tried to reset but it will not let him and it will not send him a security code to redo. Can you please help get him set up?

    I am in my account, setting it up for basic user. I have put in my temp password provided to me, as well as the password I have replaced it with (or so I thought). It is telling me I have the incorrect old password, and so can not change it as requested.
    Secondly, would you please check and see if the department listed for me is correct? I don't recall it asking me, and I am unsure how they are listing PRN. Thank you.

    Hello Jamie, We have sent you an email with instructions to reset your password. Your Department is configured internally by your company, we have sent you further information on whom to reach out to for assistance with that.
