The Certify Wallet got a big overhaul as part of our new user experience, allowing everything to be viewed all at once. Receipts and credit card expenses now combine into one organized list.
Source: How this data came in. Icons include a credit card, mobile phone (Certify Mobile), car (mileage), envelope (email), an upload icon, as well as icons for SMS, fax, and desktop entry.
Receipt: An icon will appear if a receipt was submitted. Clicking on a receipt icon will open it for review.
Date: Expense date.
Category/Details: Which category was selected, if available. Any additional details, such as department and location, will be stored here.
Vendor: Vendor for the receipt/expense, if available.
Description: Description for the receipt and or expense.
Amount: Expense amount received.
Add to Report: As an alternative to creating your report from the Home screen, you may also select your items and immediately create an expense report with them.
Delete: Select items with the checkboxes on the left-hand side, and remove items from your Wallet.
The Wallet also has a few new buttons. New features in the upper right-hand corner include:
Edit: edit the name of a receipt within the wallet. You may also hover over a receipt name to activate the edit feature. The Edit icon turns into a Save icon when editing is active.
Detailed View: expand all rows in the Wallet.
Upload: you can now upload a receipt directly from this screen.
Refresh: refresh your wallet directly from this screen, without refreshing your whole browser.
Merge: if a credit card expense in the wallet matches a receipt submitted to the wallet, the Merge option will visually combine them onto one line in your wallet, like an expense report. With Merge OFF, the Wallet will be shown in two sections:
The footer, on all screens, will allow you to toggle between the classic and new user experience on your own.
